1 lb. Southern Valley Green Beans
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Rinse, drain, and trim the ends on green beans. Place in large bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then toss in Parmesan Cheese.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the green beans on the tray allowing for a little space between them. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the green beans half way through.
