Ingredients
- 1 lb. Southern Valley Green Beans
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Rinse, drain, and trim the ends on green beans. Place in large bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then toss in shredded Parmesan cheese.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the green beans on the tray allowing for a little space between them. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the green beans half way through.
